How do i move a sim to a new house?

in the sims 2 i did the chat code and now my sim is rich so i want to move him to a biger house how ???????????How do i move a sim to a new house?
First, you go to the neighborhood screen, and click on the little icon that says '; Move Family '; . then, you click on the house that your sim lives in. They will appear in the family bin. You can move them in like you move in any other family. : )How do i move a sim to a new house?
What you want to do is there is a bull dozer icon.. (If you want to destroy the house and move them to a new one) Click the icon and click on the house your family is currently in. It will say ';There is currently a family in here'; or something.. Just move them out and they should be in the family bin.
