Help... Why be EXCITED about buying a new house?

Please post reasons to be EXCITED about buying a new house... we're closing soon, but we need a little encouragement... Thanks!Help... Why be EXCITED about buying a new house?
Because it ALL YOURS!!! No more rent, no more landlords giving you rules, no lousey neighbors. You are now building a life all your own, a home to start fresh in, make wonderful memories in, holidays with family and friends. Children (if you have or will have them) running through the house making noise. Building your own equity, and nest egg. Something to be proud of, an achievement in it's own right. Be proud and have all of the faith in the world that this is a positive step in your lives, and that you earned it!! Best of Luck and warm wishes!!Help... Why be EXCITED about buying a new house?
I just bought a new house, so I can see where you're coming from. Here's why you can be excited about buying your new home

- the feeling that you are now a homeowner and you own your own home

- more space, space and space

- the excitement of being able to decorate and do what you want with the house, which if you were renting before you cannot do

Good luck and congrats on your new home!
You should already be excited! Anxious (this is a huge purchase) but excited too.

You have a place to call your own, a home, where you can plant flowers, paint, put in a bench where you can sit and watch the world go by. A place you can build equity toward your financial future.

This is a big step, congratulations and good luck.
No more noisy neighbors. You are putting your money into something where u can actually get something back. Free reign to decorate as you see fit.

sometimes it means, more space, more freedom.

You can take pride in what you've accomplished. EQUITY = more financial freedoms, better credit, etc...
I close on my house this coming Friday, and I'm getting excited. Why? Because every year, the value of my house goes up, and my ';rent'; - the mortgage - won't go up every year.

(Actually my rent will be zero because I bought a triplex and the other two units cover the mortgage and taxes)

Congratulations!
Buying a house is kinda like marrying the gal you've already been living with.

There's just something different, and better, about owning the home you are in, vs. renting someone else's place. You have a sense of pride of ownership. You can justify putting a little money into making it yours, how you want it to be, which is something you just can't do when it's someone else's property.

Good luck, and congratulations on your new home
because usually people think that they gonna have a better life .... coz the house people used to live in is the one that is full of life crisis
