Sims not moving into new house? I have complete collection.?

Every time I create a new family and try to buy a house it goes to the house but not with the family and they are suddendly gone.

After buying the house, you have to make sure the family doesn't currently live somewhere already. If they do evict them. They will then be homeless meaning you can move them, click the family and then click the house you bought for them. Then go to the house and WA LA... Presto. There hoped that helps
