I suppose, he's got to do something with all the pay-off money he got from our controllers, like the Rothschild and the Rockefeller families.Isn't it great that Bush is buying a new house in Dallas, while a lot of people are losing theirs? ?
Huh... Ok... What about other normal people that are buying houses at this time too? Or does it only apply to the Bush's.... Oh I get it... it's your way to blame Bush for this whole housing bubble bursting.... well I have to tell you that it is not one man's fault alone that the housing bubble burst... it congress that passed legislation to allow the housing lenders to operate in such a manner, it was the lenders that ACTUALLY did operate in a predatory manner... not even to mention all the greedy people that kept buying multiple houses to ';flip that house'; and turn a profit... :/
So I fail to see why you are making this statement... which isn't really a question just because you manipulated it into one... Isn't it great that Bush is buying a new house in Dallas, while a lot of people are losing theirs? ?
People are losing their homes because they didn't lock in on an interest rate but instead in order to get a nicer house they irresponsibly took on a loan that had an adjustable rate. People making stupid decisions should lose. Now everyone expects the government to step in fix it so the irresponsible get a cheaper rate and keep their home while the responsible people get no benefit and even worse have to pay taxes for others who were not. Bush buying a house is nobodies concern and has nothing to do with anything.
Yeah he shouldn't buy a house should he? How ridiculous. Let's look at Al Gore's house. According to your logic, why should Al Gore have such big house while other people don't even have one? His house uses more energy AFTER ';going green';. What a guy.
Fact: ';Energy Guzzled by Al Gore’s Home in Past Year Could Power 232 U.S. Homes for a Month Gore’s personal electricity consumption up 10%, despite “energy-efficient” home renovations.';

My wife left me and my son last year and the house foreclosed, loan was in her name. I just bought a house 23 miles from where I lived for the past 16 years. I paid 69,000.00 with less than 2,000 down and got a rate of 6.5. Maybe you need to make some budget cuts in YOUR house such as cable, subscriptions, things not needed to sustain life like I did.
Yes, Sassy, but a lot more people are buying them now. I wouldn't expect him to be homeless. The interest rates are good. Hopefully people will be able to get back in their houses, and those who want one can go buy a new one.
I do think it's great news for Bush and for all of us.
Just the difference between those who know their budget and credit limits vs those who try and get the max just to 'keep up with the Joneses'. If you go into a loan knowing you're already on the edge of your financial limit and things go wrong (always will) you're screwed.
You should be blaming Barny Frank, Maxine Waters and Chris Dodd...while reciving lobby money from Fannie Mae...they said over and over... ';There is no problem at Fannie Mae'; 05,06,and 07..
Guess they didnt care the people would loose thier homes when warned this would happen.......So may want to do some research before you post and not let BDS get the best of you.
I bought a house this summer.
Should I feel bad, because others decided to get a house their couldn't afford, and NOT to pay their mortage?
Why do you look at responsible homeowners, as though they did something wrong?
if somebody can afford to pay for a new house , i'll say go for it, at least he is trying to stimulate the economy.
Sure. Just become some yokels over-extended themselves on their mortgages is no reason that the rest of us shouldn't be out buying..
Do you also blame Bush when you trip over your untied shoelaces? Go ask Obama if you can live in his mansion rent free while he lives in the White House.
Isn't it great that Obama owns a house in Chicago that is worth 1.5 million and yet has never had a real paying job in his life?
Hopefully he gets a good deal on it! Maybe Dodd can hook him up with countrywide. Oh, he can't, they were bought out because they went bankrupt!
your question makes zero sense.
At least he is moving back to his own state. Clinton's left Alabama and moved to New York.
Yes, and they will have the ranch ,also.
yes, its very good that hes trying to raise the property value of the city of dallas and help lots of people out there
I'm sure you are still eating even though there are millions ofpeople starving. Way to go genius!
Where are they supposed to live, in a tent?
He's got to do something with all that money he earned. He's done such a good job.
Sorry, I was trying to say that with a straight face.
