Get a laptop so that you can take it with you when you go out, take it to the family room, in the bed....





If you are not crazy about the brand, eMachine makes excellent computers. I bought an eMachine desktop 4 years ago and it works just fine. it is not a very popular brand, but Best Buy sells it.





I recently got this eMachine laptop, very fast, great features, light weight, sleek, and inexpensive. You can get 2 of these for the price of another laptop :)

if you are not going to do anything heavy with it ( like video editing, graphic rendering and so on ) a good laptop with built in wifi will do


since you will have the freedom to take it where ever


and even if you want it tethered to a desk, you can always get a docking station for it


and it takes up less space
I need more info to better advise you. What kind of usage are you requiring? Even if you get a WiFi laptop if there is no signal in the area a lot of good that will do.





Are you going to have you own Internet Service Provider (ISP)? What is your price range?
Well, I would go for a Mac but those are expensive.


I have an hp computer and i am perfectly happy with it.


So if you don't go for the Mac I would defiantly go with the hp.
take the one with you what your using now
